Recently Pat Donovan, Director of Corporate Quality and Erik Jahimiak, Director of Packaging had the opportunity to teach a team of Dublin, Ohio high school and middle school robotics students – the TECHNOBOTZ –  about Hollingsworth and the supply chain management. The team was interested in learning about problems/issues faced by Hollingsworth in relation to processing/handling cargo and general insights about our industry.  Topics included packaging, transportation network issues, and quality control – all in part to the students’ role in the project to learn about issues related to the challenge, narrow the focus of the problem, and develop an innovative solution.  Pat and Erik were a HUGE hit with the kids and a follow-up session is in the works!
